    What if my company isn't ready for AI?

    Perfect. In the working session we separate simple automation, necessary integration and useful AI. We don't force AI where it creates no advantage.

    How do you charge and how much does custom software cost?

    You start with a working session at no cost. If there's a fit, a short, low-cost exploration sprint follows, fully credited toward the project if we move ahead. Then we build at a fixed scope and, if you want, operate and improve it for a monthly fee. That way you test with a real prototype before investing for real.

    Do you work with existing systems like Excel, WhatsApp, CRM or ERP?

    Yes. Most real operations mix Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, ERP, databases and internal tools. The work is making them talk to each other in one system.

    How do you handle security and access to our data?

    We work within your security policies and data governance, we don't replace them. Least-privilege access, an audit trail for every action, and full ownership of your data. If you already have compliance rules, the system adapts to them.

    How involved does my team need to be?

    Enough to map rules, validate screens and test the prototype. Your business knowledge is part of the system; our job is translating it into software.
